BAGGAGE TOTALLY BROKEN

My flight was from Belgium to Lebanon. When I arrived in Lebanon, my baggage was totally broken. I complained at the airport, but the official told me to search for the office of Turkish. At the airport of Beirut, Turkish doesn't have an office. So I wrote a complaint at the website. After this, Turkish recognized the damage but told me that I should complain at the office in the same say, what was impossible because they don't have an office at the airport of Beirut.
