repeated calls

This number has called numerous times in the last 2 days, each time hanging up when we answer. We are registered on both the state and national do not call lists. I recieved yet another call from them just now while trying to submit this complaint. This time a women was on the other end. She asked for my husband and when I said he was not in and not to call this number again she hung up on me mid sentence.
