Dropped calls and poor customer service

I've signed up with Nextel just 2 months ago, and once their customer I am surprised that this company is still in business. The quality of the service is horrible. They drop calls 50% of the time. My text messages are being always lost somewhere. The "free" phones we got with our service are free for a reason. The ones we have started to fall apart a month into our contract. I spoke to a representative in a local Sprint store, and he told me that in my area Nextel should not be my primary service.!?!?!
