merchanside not sent/no credit given

On Nov. 28, 2008 I ordered a T-Fal sauce pan/with lid for a Christmas gift. As of today 1/12/09 I have not received my purchase. They claim to give a credit after 30 days if merchandise is still not shipped, but that has not happened. They took my PayPal payment on Nov. 29, 2008. What kind of a company is this anyway - just a rip off !!  They have lost any possible business from me. Phyllis
