non providing of net work

On 13th inst I booked for Airtel mobile post paid connection completing all formalities including deposit payment. Your representatives were Mr. Mandar [Cell No.9970284284] and Mr. Vinod [Cell No.9272408456]. On 16th inst I got call from your office that by 12 o clock at night the service will be activated. The same was activated but all the time I get message no network. I phoned Mr. Mandar 8 times who did not lift the phone and finally he lifted and switched off the phone.
I advise you to immediately provide the network so that I can operate the same. Similarly take steps to discipline your staff............ The cell nos allotted to me are....9665064469 and 9665064470...............Kothare
