No refund

Returned coffee in May 2009 and have called and have not received refund.  If I did get someone on the line, they say it will be taken care of but everyone lies there.  How can I get my money.

    Contact the Illinois Attorney General.  They are reported to have opened an investigation into Peel, Inc.  

    There have been numerous recent complaints within the last 3 weeks indicating that this company has "reactivated" cancelled accounts and resumed charging consumers without authorization.  You would be wise to close any account for which  you provided billing information to this company, to prevent additional fraud.
