I purchased a software product on-line and I was not provided an activation code, so I called to obtain the activation code and spoke to customer service. They could not assist me and gave me a phone number for tech support, it ended up being the wrong phone number. How does a company NOT know what phone number to refer people to.

I cancelled the order and requested a refund to my credit card.

Don't purchase anything from this company, they can't support what they sell.

    I purchased Nuance Dragon 12 on 4-6-14. I have tried for over a week to get help in downloading it from several
    Tech people but have been referred to several phones to call and I am referred to another phone number or extension to no avail.  I cannot contact Customer Service because there isn't any.  I like the Dragon 12 but I can't upload it   and evidently I can not contact anyone who can.  
    I thought I was buying tthis from the Dragon C.  but it came from a third party. It is very difficult to get any info. All I want is to have it downloaded and is very frustrating.  If you cannot help me I will have to notify my Credit card so they can be  aware of my problem and other potential customers.
