NO SUPPORT SERVICE

I upgraded from 20 Mbps to 100 on 25 May 2017 and I am still waiting they promised it would be done in 5 days time which would have fitted nicely at the beginning of June 2017 because getting support service at Afrihost is a nightmare you have to hold on for half an hour on the phone and they are always blaming Open serve whatever your problem??? And still you get nowhere?? It is now already 12 days and still no response! Can someone please wake up and help or is this another dead end at Afrihost internet service disaster.
