Full track service and friendship service

I have been facing problem to deactivate the full track service and friendship service for the last 30 days or so. I called customer service to deactivate these uncalled services but your system is not at all user-friendly, so that a man of common prudence can have a talk with customer care.

Please stop these uncalled facilities loaded by you upon me without my consent otherwise I will be forced to switch to other telecom providers. My Mobile No#9892668706
