One of my co-workers received a call from Felicia Thomas stating that she was calling from NAM Group and wanted to speak with me.  My co worker advised that I was not available. She stated that she must of had the wrong # and became very rude in her tone of voice. Co worker indicated that at that point she just hung up on rep.  My job is a place of business and not for Collection Agencies to contact me.  If they can't reach me by personal phone #, then they need to make contact via US mail.  When they call, they don't state who they are but they begin making commands and are not empathetic to your situation.
