Checking out amounts on my Credit Card and found an amount for $24.95 from Value Plus.
I do not know this company or what they are charging me for I want this amount taken off
my card and let the Company they did not get away with it this time. .  Had I not checked my statement I  
would have just paid them the money for nothing I ordered .

    As with any fraudulent charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and block the card number or close the account to prevent further fraud.

    Changing your account won't solve them from taking money from your account. Same thing happened to me and they still found my new account. I don't know who these people are or what they sell but it is very common for them to get your money. Now I have to go to my Bank and have them give me back my money, it causes stress on me to think anyone can somehow do this to people. Almost sounds like an inside job when they havr access to new accounts. Do you do banking with SSSB in Massachusetts? It's always #24.95..strange isn't it?
