I received a missed call at 10:46 a.m. February 5th 2019 the message stated:
This is a very important message for Jessica Bly. My office receive orders this morning to locate your whereabouts and complete service of process seems there's been a formal complaint that's in the process of being found against you. I need to verify your home address and place of employment to have service of process on behalf of the county. It is your legal right to contact the plaintiffs office prior to any service a process being completed. The plaintiffs number is 888 813-0752. Failure to comply will result in further action taken against you including dispatching an
uniformed officer to your home or place of employment and possible temporary suspension of your driver's license.
When I called back a few minutes later a gentleman answered the phone and said good morning how may I help you I asked him what business Corporation or company is this and with an attitude set back to me I said good morning that's not enough. I said I know but you never said your name or who you are representing he hung up on me. When I called back he did not answer the phone but the answering machine answered thanks for calling ARG and Associates please leave a message we're helping other clients and we will get back to you. I waited a few minutes called back again the same gentleman answer the phone I explain to him that I know this is the same gentleman he was being ridiculously rude and to call harass and threaten people about their livelihood it's not the thing to do. He told me that I was crazy he was not the same person that had answered the phone previously. I have his voice mail and it's clearly the same man. He claimed there's only one person working which of course is him but then he said I was talking ignorant and that he didn't have to tell me anything pretty much. This has to stop I have no idea how this man got my phone number but my name isn't even Jessica so the person he was looking for isn't even me which was a waste of time. But what is not a waste of time is for me to expose a person like him who calls to harass and threaten everyday common people that does not deserve it. Please stop this!

uniformed officer to your home or place of employment and possible temporary suspension of your driver's license." Also that there are two complaints against this person mentioned in the message. As this is not my name I ignored the call.
Report the number to White pages. They are saying it is low risk, for scam.
