I am in US for a year sabattical. The only Fake ID I've seen of high quality is in England and Calais, France. but you have to go in person. Novelty ID is another thing and usually can be sold everywhere. The Africans are just starting to get into it since the 2 million Chinese have landed there in the past 10 years. The mission is to get Boko Haram into the US as refugees.
