In Jan. I upgraded my cell phone and a week later went to take a picture and there was a scratch on the lens. They told me I had to pay to have it fixed. It was a week old is there no warrenty on your products for accidents. I would understand if it was older but its not. So because of your poor service to me a long time customer I have since given up my cable and internet. My boyfriend has given up his rogers and I tell everyone the service I received from this young man with a attitude that did not make me happy. At 65 I deserve repect not rude. If nothing is going to be done to fix my phone I will be leaving rogers wireless to. Thank You, Linda
