I have no idea what they're talking about. I would pay it if I owed it. They need to send me some proof. If I owe this, I will pay it, but everything comes out of my bank account automatic, so I don't know why they're doing this. Please check your info. Case no. is V23590.

It's a common fake "payday loan debt collection" scam.
The criminals are playing this con, both from within the US, and from overseas. You can never trust any stranger who calls you on the phone demanding money.
Real debt collectors mail you a letter notifying you of the alleged debt, and allow you to dispute it and request proof.
Real lawsuits result in a process server serving a summons.
Phone threats are an indictator of a con, nothing more.

I recieve an email with the exact case number from the same person and I never took out a payday loan in my life...I checked and found its A SCAM..I AM REPORTING IT TO THE FBI BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
