Today i noticed my credit debit card got charged 180.00 from dish without any permission i called and filed a complaint but these poeple dont want to refund my money back this not my acount i dont have any contract or acount with dish only used my card for a one time payment now thay say that the card can be charged again till the debt is paid off .told them that is not my problem i dont have any dish acount on my name im not abligated to pay an acount thats not mine ,i advise everybody that has dish dont use other party credit cards it will bring problems.dish doesnt care whos credit they arfe taking mony out of.I hope this gets resolved and dish pays a very good amount for comiting fruad.

    They have a history of similar complaints, where someone pays some charge for another customer, and months to years later they use the account information they've kept in their files to cram through additional charges, often for "termination fees" or "equipment"..

    You authorized a single charge.  You didn't cosign someone else's account contract.

    Dispute the charge through your bank as fraudulent, and block your card number immediately.  Follow up with a fraud affidavit sent to your bank's fraud department.
    In addition, since they tried to con you out of the money they took without authorization (" thay say that the card can be charged again till the debt is paid off "), file a fraud and theft complaint with your state Attorney General.
