Unwanted services and charging money forcefully

On 8/9/2008 i clearly intimated to the customer care of AirTel  through SMS that i dont need the Portfolio Manager service any more.But every week forceful deduction is taking place from my account.I demand the immediate refund of money and warn the company of any such illegal act in future.It is very strange that such a big company no longer offers any direct communication between the customers and the customer care executives and responds through SMS only which repeats the same language over and over again even if u have submitted the complaint.Very bad service
