I am on the phone with gentleman by the name of Nick Johnson (indian accent) from the company AACA Advances  legal department at the number  347-809-3469 stating that I will be Arrested if I don't pay the amount of $753 . form the complaints I have read I am not the only person they are contacting. this matter needs immediate attention....

    I got a call from a guy name Kevin Williams stating he is an attorney and they are going to arrest me if I don't pay the amount of $693 the legal department number is 347-809-3164.

    Don't fall for these people. They don't understand the harm they can do to someone that's not doing good healthy wise. I got sick for about three days after they did this to me.

    Just got a call from them.  Did not get name of supposed "lawyer", but the Indian accent immediately raised flags.  Said I took a payday advance loan from somewhere (said AACA runs over 3000 under different names), and I owed over $5000.  Threatened to garnish my wages, arrest me, etc., etc.  Hung up on him once I was tired of the charade.

      I was just called with the same thing today. I’m a single mother of 4 and was being threatened with jail, losing my job and any kind of income I get. They told me that I was going to be summoned to court tomorrow (10/16/2019) and found guilty.

      Same thing but guy - I believe was Chinese because of his accent, plus he was hard to understand.

        Just got a call last week Erik Mishiyev was the guys name. Threatened to sue me and put me in jail. Definitely FRAUD not sure if that was his real name but when I looked them up, there was a ton of other people sueing this guy.

    Now I am sad... Nick Johnson...who left a message earlier as Kevin Williams wouldn't wait 1 minute for me to walk into the police station for him to read to me why I am going to be arrested. Instead he said he will have the police to my house to arrest me in a couple of hours.

      Same thing. It just happened less than hour ago. I'm not going to police station. I knew this was crap and this guy knew he was not intimidating me. If he was face with me and pulled that- I would have kicked the living [***] out of him!

    Same man has left 3 messages on our office voice mail.  He stated he has 3 allegations against me and that he is having an arrest warrant issued against me.  He most think we are as uneducated as he is.  I have recorded the voicemails and my call back to him in which he used several curse words and every 4th word was the F Bomb.  Turning it over to our corporate legal department.  He will be sorry he called our office.

    I just got a cal from Nick Johnson  stating that i stole money from a company online and that there is an arrest out for me if I don't pay 753.00 ,PLEASE be aware of these callers .

      I recieved a call yesterday from a Nick Johnson and he was a complete fake. He didnt provide me proof of the loan i tooken out and plus i adviced him that i never tooken out a loan and he said that someone has been using ur identify but he only had my email address but he disnt have my social security or address. And he kept on calling me Daniel which was not my name.

      I just received a call from aaca advance name was Nick Johnson phone number 646-583-0174 stating that I would be arrested today and be in jail for however long if I didn't pay them $693 today I proceeded to look up the company as I was on the phone as he put me on hold and I found that they were fake when he came back I told him that they were fake company and he proceeded real belligerent and said that I'll be in jail today for the rest of my life and hung up

      I had the same guy call me today while I was at work, I'm glad I found this because I was totally upset while at work, because I was like I didn't steal anyone's money nor did I take a loan out with a company, he couldn't tell what the particular loan company was or anything and he said I could pay 753.00 by the end of this month and I'll be fine. But I was wondering how do a law office request funds for their clients right away

      I got a call from Nick Johnson saying he going to issue a warrant for my arrest.said I owe loan.have to go to court pay $5000.ssid I would loose my job,can't get social security.i ask him a few questions,he started getting mad . they are truly a scam

    I received a call from AAA threatening me that I will be arrested tomorrow for fraud for payday loan earlier today and when I tried to get information, he got rude and said that l " he will show me what he is made of" and hing up. Now I get a call from Bryan king office said he is working with same company and that I need to pay and gave me the number 347 809 5097 ( which is the same number as before). Or I will be arrested. He said they called him cause I am trying to run away from a debt. I said I have no idea. Then he hung up. Someone help???? What do I do to stop the harrsment??. I am not in in a good place right now.
