This people call me and told me the they going to send my file to court ,  i need to pay $660 but they give me a discount and now my balance is $ 540.00 ... now reading all people comments i know is a scam , they have my 4 last digits of my social and my last employer, creepy and scary.

    It is a scam..
    Having your SSN or employer name proves nothing.  All that can be looked up.  They may just be surfing the internet looking for anything they can use in a con.  They're looking for suckers, which is why they'll offer a "discount" to someone who just hands them free money. With scams, the amounts are always in the range that people can scrape together on short notice, since they can only use threats to scare people into paying them.  They can threaten, but they're not going anywhere near a court.

    Gloez I just got the email from them it says the exact same thing yours do and the same amounts. I have no accounts although I'm cleaning up my credit and file a complaint against Equifax 2 days ago then I get this email

    I got an email stating to pay 640.00 ,and if I pay 300 the case will be close , but if I can't pay 300 I can go on 4 payments of 160 , some guy name Rick Owens saying if I don't come to a settlement they will take me to court for 3840 for fraudulent activity.  They never said a date that loan was process in the email , they been reported to ftc.
