couch falling apart

I purchased a living room set from Thomasville. The couch is beautiful but is absolutely falling apart. The back of the couch is not made correctly and is separating along the seam. The store has already sent someone out to fix it. I ordered the couch and it was not on sale but I did get 0% financing for two years. According to the store manager I purchased the couch as is which is not true. He even stated the the couch was probably made wrong and not put together right. Even after the repair man came and "fixed" the couch it continues to separate. I have called the manager but now he is not returning my calls.

Although the furniture is beautiful it is expensive. The fine details are important and if you do not ask all the right questions they will take you for a ride. I suggest finding another brand.
