Beware: it's a scum

What they offer you on TV has nothing to do with what they charge you. After they've hooked you, and "explained" a misterious program in an unteligible accent, they subject you to their own "program" where they ship and charge your card by their small script, regardless of what you agreed to. They've made it almost impossible to cancel (I had to cancel through my credit card company). Stay out of it, save yourself the aggravation.
