I didn't authorize a $16.95 charge to my credit card and to my knowledge I have never received anything from WV Value Plus that I would be charged for.  What is this for and how did you get my credit card number?  Please take this off my credit card.

    Someone who will put a curse on them
    I have also been charged this amount without my authorization. The clever thieve make sure the amount is not too big so we are not suspicious. I thought my husband use it. But he didnt. The only way to stop it, is to close our credit card account. I realize when I type it that I am not the only one. And no one can stop them obviosly. What goes around comes around. I hope the people that are involved have the worst miserable life, them and the family in the future. I put a curse on them. And I suggest all of you too do the same.
