CHEATED ME WITH BROKEN PRODUCT

1. I think , I have made a very big mistake placing order for Kitchen Queen through my ABN AMRO Credit card which was debited instantly.
2. I have received the product afetr 20 days which was broken and not in working condition .
3. For that when ' have complain I have requested AVA person that when you will re-send me the product please cheak it carefully before sending.
4. I have been assured by AVA executive but I have received the re-send product in a different packing the same one (i.e -broken and not in working condition)same product they have not changed the product they have changed the packing.
5. After that when again I have given complain they are only saying pickup will be done by today itself then we will send the fresh product.
6. But no pickup is done no fresh product is been delivered only AVA executive giving me words each and everyday for the last 20 days,no solution.
