It's a cramming scam..
They aren't going to "cancel", regardless of what they say. They'll just try to string you along to run out the 60 day bank dispute clock on each new charge. Contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
