Chateau D'Ax Messina a disaster

We just purchased the Messina sectional which looks great from a style perspective but is extremely uncomfortable.  In the showroom, you spend 20 minutes making a decision and clearly not enough time to notice that this sofa will give you an extremely sore back etc.  Very poor quality cushion!!! Do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this model certainly if not Chateau D'Ax altogether. Sectional was purchased at Sears Canada. Sears does not want to accept a return on this defective product. They will do an exchange but there is absolutely nothing suitable in this line.
