Complaint

Country: United States
I just tried to revoke my husband and I membership with direct buy and they told me that in the state of Louisiana that I only have three days to cancel a binding contract. This wasnt outlined in the contract and I wasnt aware of that. We havent even been members for 30 days and they dont want to release us from this membership. Is that legal or we screwed? Im calling them again on there next business day which is Tuesday. What they brief to us and what it actually is I think isnt factal.
I was given Trudy as the name of someone that can help me.

Just by fluke, I just found you right away,
but please google: *****"directbuy complaintwire" & post at the end of the file, it is about 68 pages long & new letters like yours disappear often,
headline is ***************DIRECTBUY-DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE
Please refer to the LOUISIANA deceptive trade practice law
Please do not waste one breath on "talking"
YOU MUST SEND REGISTERED MAIL ONLY
YOU will be requesting a RESCISION of the contract based on their violation of the law
You need to find written proof of cheaper prices without complaining
then you will have proof against their promise of excessive savings,
when they know that there are no savings
YOU can also let db know that you just become aware of all of the class-action suits*********p. 66 OR 67 of the link I refer to above
-You were put under undue pressure to sign
WERE you offered the 30 day free trial???
(if you are on a payment plan with high interest rates, you were sold a "high pressure" loan that you normally would not apply for)
OR depending on your financial status, you might not have normally qualify for (they are in the business of collecting high monthly interest rates on your loan -especially if you owe to Beta,
because they own Beta
DB qualifies everybody & checks your credit rating without permission
Any questions, let me know on the link above (I'm worried that your letter will get lost)
