As of May 6, 2017, the Law Office of James R. Vaughan and Berkeley Row, LLC are not licensed to collect debt in Arizona.  They do not have to so they get away from their fraud activities.  They file a judgment on their victims and garnish their wages through a court order.  They increase their interest rates on wage garnishment and attorney fees so they can make more money.  The Law Office of James R. Vaughan and Berkeley Row, LLC never provide the victims the document of original debt, original debtor and the original amount.  The victims don't know what debt they are paying for through wage garnishment.  The Law Office of James R. Vaughan has two identical websites to mislead consumers. (phoenixatty.com and recoveryatty.com)

My advice find the best lawyer to give you justice for the debt you don't owe and you're paying for.  Sue the Law Office of James R. Vaughan and Berkeley Row, LLC.  Contact the government agencies in your state and the federal government to investigate the fraudulent activities of the Law Office of James R. Vaughan and Berkeley Row, LLC.

    This is a horrible firm that does not provide any actual documentation. How can it be confirmed that they are not licensed to collect debt?

    I’m being harassed by this firm. Extremely rude and swindlers... asking to make payments and they declined  want larger amount up front but don’t know if it’s a scam. Nervous.
