CANCELLED FOREVER_KEEP GETTING CHARGED

I have cancelled, for FOUR YEARS IN A ROW a subscription I supposedly have to AVG???? I never ordered it, must be hack OR scam.  I called again and talked to a very nice rep., JAMAR, who said it is a cancelled subscription as of today. I am weary of 7 years of this hassle and wonderwhat can be done about it.  NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES ONE CANCELS SUBSCRIPTIONS THEY DID NOT PURCHASE ONE CONTINUES TO BE CHARGED!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAR REPUTABLE COMPANY KEEPS DOING THIS??????  I HAVE NEVER directly ordered a subscription to this product and have NO USE FOR IT!!   REMOVE ME FROM MAILING LIST
