Same thing happened to us. Money has been withdrawn from my account six monthd after car rental.

WOLFGANG SIXT BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT
Last time I posted this it got deleted so I’m posting it again about SIXT Birmingham.
I have left this complaint a little too late but after realizing my work colleagues have also experienced problems with this SIXT Birmingham Airport branch I need to make people aware of this so called car rental company called SIXT.
Availability terrible
Not the car I booked
Branch Manager Lee Smith not taking accountability but instead passing it on to someone else.
And here’s my complaint the branch states it’s open at 06:30am, I was here at 06.40am nobody was here not even Lee Smith. Terrible Terrible running of branch.

SIXT BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT SYSTEMS DOWN
I was given a car then told car was not available as it is not at the car park. Computer system was down so car park fleet was complete mess. Wanted to speak to senior management I was told he does not work weekends. So much for customer experience and staff support. I was told the system will be down at car park for 3 days !

SIXT staff Vikramjit misspelling upgrade
This is a formal complaint against staff member Vikramjit of SIXT Birmingham Airport branch. Felt he carefully planned to miss sell me the upgrade. He never told me the total extra cost of the upgrade but he just told me the charge of upgrade as total cost. This staff member was laughing and joking with me and used it as a distracting mechanism, he then told me to sign not explaining the charges. I was horrified by the charge which was three times more then i expected. This experience has made me think twice about renting with SIXT again. I'm sure no action will be taken against this staff member but as a result they have lost me as a corporate customer..
