delay in delievery of stores (package)

Please refer to AWB Bill No D 1 1 5 0 9 0 9 7 booked on 03 Dec 2012 containing House Hold goods (Crockery).

On checking the website, it is found that the parcel was in transit (Mumbai) on 05 Dec 2012 and now I find that the parcel is in transit (Delhi) whereas the parcel was required to consignee at  (VISHAKHAPATTNAM).  The consignee details are as under:-

The goods were of urgent need so we prefer to send it through DTDC Courier Service by Air.

Now I would like to request you to take immediate action and send the parcel to the correct addressee and confirm to me.
