threatening me with legal action

this company claims I have taken out a payday with Highland Holdings, they have your personnel information such as social security number, bank name and account number, they go by different names such as alternative agency, this group is using a number from Atlanta Georgia, best part is they cannot be found use a landline and change the number.  This company is called Level3 communications LLC.
