Closing to early

To whom it may concern,
On 07.20.2012 I left work and on my way home went to swing by my local Burger King restaurant store #1919. I pulled up to the drive thru window to place my order and was told they were closed. I looked at my clock and it wasn't quite 10:00pm which that location is open until 11:00pm. I mentioned to the girl and she said they were closing early, so I asked why? She said "because my store manager Jackie said t"o so I then I asked her why once again and she replied that because the district manager Shawna said to and that was it. The lights were on and there were several cars ahead of me and I do not see why they couldn't take my order. This is not the only time I have had issues with this location. There were instances where they did not have whopper buns...really what are they known for? Then there was an time they didn't have fries...and another where I pulled up at 7:00am to get iced coffe and was told they hadn't made any because they didn't have time. All in all this is by far the worse Burger King I have gone to. I will start taking my business to the competitors that are just around the corner since it seems there are always disappointments at this one.
