I have the same story as everyone else.  I paid $3075 for my extended warranty and so far out of pocket claims denied over $3000.  You cannot reach anyone by phone, when you send in a claim they are denied, even when they are supposed to be covered.  Help!!!  Class Action Lawsuit anyone?  I can be reached at vailkid99@aol.com.

      hi  i took my car to an auto mechnic my transmission acting up. and mepco wants the mechnic to pull my transmission out first tosee whats the problem . and insurance will  not pay till they see whats up with the transmission sounds crazy whats the problem?

    I dont understand what's going on here.  I have an extended warranty with them as well paid over $2,000  dollars. I just now need to use it for the first time and i called the # on the card they sent me and its no longer their #.  I havent recieved anything in the mail from them since they recieved my last payment.  Anyone already filing a lawsuit.  I would love to join together and start one.  I work too hard for my money and i want it back this is not exceptable and they will be delt with now i have to come out of pocket.

    If there is a class action lawsuit, we would like to join. My husband and I have the same story as the rest: paid thousands of dollars, never can reach anyone and when we've tried to cancel the plan have been denied because we have to send the request in writing with a 30 day advance notice.

      I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I have found a class action suit that has been filed in November 2011 against MEPCO.  I however am havinf a hard time submitting my name under the "join the class action suit" button.  This also is for the state of California and I am in Florida.  Have you found out about any other suits?

        How can I find out more info about the lawsuit in California? Is it still active? I just recently tried to use my extended warranty, but could not get in touch with MEPCO. I don't know where they're hiding.

    Ditto for me, my warranty had 10 more months until it expired so when I needed some work in January I thought I better use it.  No one can get a hold of the C/S number & if you do they gave you a phoney number to call.  I would like to join a class action suit also.

    I bought one these warranty packages (4 years or 100K miles) well, it has been 3 years [no where near 100K] and now I'm told that I have exceeded the current value of my car.  That was never mentioned when they were getting that $2600 out of my pocket.  I need info on a class action suit in the state of Florida.  contact with any info: kathyn6190@yahoo.com
