need refund

Only dates of to 2-7-19, 3-7-19 & 4-7-19   you charged my bank account an unauthorized charge of $9.99 each of these dates totaling $29.97. I never subscribed to anything with you nor did I authorize for you to charge anything from my bank account. You need to refund me the total of $29.97 today or have no option but to file a claim with Better Business Bureau as well as contact law enforcement in regards to the unauthorized charges you have taken from my account.        Jon Heter
