Last May, 2916, I finally found a phone #.  I asked them to take my name off the list.  They said they would.  Today I received another such book, requesting $31.75.  The book would be nice to look glance through.  BHG is supposedly a reputable co.  Why do they make it so o hard to resolve problems.  Publish a Phone # that is not fully  automated.  I want a response.  Please and thank you/

    Why should they stop?
    You keep paying them, so why shouldn't they ignore your "cancellations"?
    You didn't order it, they mailed it anyway and billed you for it.  Dispute any charges against your bank card or account as fraudulent, and file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.  Maybe that will get their attention, but don't count on it.
