Phone call

So some one has called me and my brother saying I had taken two loans out 3 years ago from two company's with a checking a count from 10 years ago I had and I have been married for 12 years and my name has changes I said to the guy that I have been married for 12 years and have only taken two loans out my whole life with a local pay day loans company and they have been paid when I stated I would like to have paper work showing I owe no at for what ever he got mad and said that hhis company only sent pay in full letters and I said I wasn't going to pay for anything with out seeing paper knowing that any collection company would send a letter he said interpreting me that he would just mark it down as refusing to pay and told me good luck and have fun in jail than hung up
