Right out of the Box the Washers White cycle would not work !!!!!

Purchased a washer & dryer set on 11/4/12.........When I discovered i was unable to use the white cycle I called Wayne's appliance they gave Me Kirby's appliace number to call for REPAIRS!!!!  So I did , they never came to look but told me they would order parts and call when they were in. Waited about 3wks, ( still no call from Wayne's to check on the status of My Brand New Washer) or the repair shop. Called Wayne's addvised very dissatisfyed ,that they could come pick up washer & dryer! They said would call repair shop about it. Waited another week or longer , finally got a call from Wayne's stating they were waiting on answer from store manager what to do on this. So You get the PICTURE!  Long story short I made 2 payments on my expensive
purchase and still could not use to full capasidy.
........Needless to say I'm a Very dissatisfied Whirlpool & Wayne's Customer . Guess I should have bought the Samsung Washer & Dryer set I had originally picked out!!!   ;'(   I finally on Friday 1/4/13 Received another washer. No one from Wayne's appliance has made a Customer Service call nor has Whirlpool!!!
