POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I pruchased a flat screen tv & a front load washer & dryer from this company & I paid cash for it in full at the time of purchase. The salesman sold me an HD cable that was $60.00 knowing that I wouldn't need it because it came with one already & that I wouldn't be able to return it. You make a profit by stealing $ from your customers & that's not right.
