I keep getting a phone message from some person named Elizabeth Evans.  She says Please return this call to 1-877-381-7319 this is not a solitation. I have received this call over 120 times.  When you call back no one will answer.  The phone rings thru then goes dead after about five rings.  She calls on Holidays, sundays, late evenings and early mornings.  It is so frustrating.  I have been registared with the Do Not Call list since it first began and just renewed all my phones the first part of January this year.  It doesn't seem to make any differance.

    Please help me find Elizabeth Evans so we can stop her calls!!!!!
    1-877-381-7319.  Her messages states....This is Elizabeth Evans please return this call to 1-877-381-7319 this is not a solitation.  She shows no mercy calling on holidays, sundays, anytime it doesn't seem to matter.  If you do call back there is no answer.

    Numerous complaints of unceasing automated calls, with no way to contact the caller even when dialing the supposed number showing on caller id.  That would make it a violation of FCC and FTC enforce autodialer regulations, so if you are having this problem and have been unable to contact them to stop their calls, file complaints with both, as well as the NC Attorney General.

    Same complaint about Elizabeth Evans.  If it is true that this is a collection agency I should have been told about it via mail...right?

    began receiving calls from this # No messages, I answered 8:10 Labor day and got a woman asking for my name thought they couldn't pronounce it correctly, I said that she did not speak English very well, and asked her what she wanted, no response asked again, Well I am American,  asked her again what she wanted, "Well I am trying to make sense out of the comment you just made", in a hostel voice, at which point I had enough told her thank you and good by and hung up. I had asked 3 or 4 times what she wanted, with no response, Labor day and I was not putting up with some sales man, as far as I know I don't owe any one, so this was a bogas call, I wont answer them again.
