unwanted recovery from debit card

I have a Rs.7480/- charged on my sbi credit card No.4006-6765-3472-7816 wef 04 Dec 2016 to 19 Dec 2016.  That i have no idea what is for.  In this connection either explain to me what is or credit the Rs.7480/- in my account at the earliest please.  I have never had any thing to do with your GOOGLE play.
