I decided to give a try to Phenterthin and paid for a shipping of 15 pills. I only paid for the shipping which was $4.99 and was under the impression that if the pills do not work for me I could cancel at any time by just dialing their phone number 24/7. Well, no one ever answers at 866-611-6897 and they don't return your calls. 14 days later they charge me $149.95 and send their pills. So, I'm out $149 and have a bunch of pills coming to me that I don't want.

I tried every possible way to cancel this "subscription" but no luck. I am canceling my credit card, and returning the pills to the sender.

There is also a $49.95 charge to cancel the service!

I got suckered into that scam too. I thought i was the only one. But i see i'm not alone. I called those people several times and never got a answer. I sent several tickets and they never address the fact that i wanted to cancel. Never can you talk to anyone.

Finally i talk one of there managers, and was told that it is to late to cancel and that i have to suck it up and move on. Because their pills work or else they wouldn't be selling them. I tried to cancel because the pills make my heart beat rapidly. And that was a scary experience. I wish i could talk to some one about these people.

Not only was i trying to cancel they still took the $149.99 dollars out my account. That was the amount i was trying to stop from being taken out my account.

Their address is 1025 SW 59th Street, Oklahoma City, OK  73109.  But the "Supervisor" listed with the BBB is Brian and his number is 888-527-0870.  And the contact is : brandywiyninger@hotmail.com   It took me a long time to find out this information.  Pass it along.  one other thing... contact the BBB, FTC, and the attorney general.  If there is a class action lawsuit, count me in.  I want to wipe out this company for every cent for all their unethical actions.

I took their "Free Trial" as part of a larger promotion with intentions of cancelling during the trial period.  I never wanted their product, but, stupidly I fell for a "Meet all our criteria, get a free TV".  I knew that it wouldn't be free, but I was curious to see if it actually worked in some form or fashion.  The only thing that worked, was their scam.

I don't know what I was thinking that day.  Anyway, attempts to cancel the account during the trial period were not possible because their websites were dead/unresponsive during that time.

I'm now having to fill out an affidavit for my bank to dispute the charges for $149.95 that I've been billed by Physical Enhancement Labs DBA AP Products LLC.

Also, if anyone comes across this after getting scammed, be sure to cancel your credit/debit card and get a new one.  There are many complaints by people that months later, this company will try to charge your card again.

All the info you need on this company is listed on the Oklahoma BBB web site. do a search for physical enhancement labs. address 1025 s. w. 59th st. oklahoma city, ok. 73109 phone 888-527-0870 additional dba names pure energy products, p e labs, c&f fulfillment center, thin tabs.
manager listed as mr. chris wilson and operations manager jason white.

Chances are those are not their real names considering how they've chosen to make a living.

I too like the rest of you was SCAMMED!  I got my free trial and actually from the size of them was afraid to try them.  So about 3 weeks later get a call that I was overdrawn and looked up my account online and saw a charge I didn't make and called the bank immediately.  They cancelled my card and filed a dispute claim.  My bank refunded me my money.  About 2 weeks later I get a shipment in the mail, that I never wanted in the first place.

The bank told me to ship it back, but then I couldn't find an address anywhere.  So thanks to you guys I at least have an address.  Has anyone sent their shipment back?  I would really like to know.  I am afraid they will claim they didn't get it.  I think I will send it with need of confirmation of delivery.

these people are just wrong.  I never even received the shipment.  It was a scam, to get me (not too smart me) to complete all of the survey and trials to get a "free laptop".  Well, now I am out over $200.00 because of these companies.  This is the only one that I could not get to refund me.  I had to cancel my charge, report it as compromised and get a new one.  That was my only solution as they were threatening to continue to charge me for something I wasn't even receiving.  $49.95 - $160.00 a month.  I am sick over this.

I did the $4.95 thing.  I called them and cancelled before I even got the FREE Shipment.  They hit my credit card $69.95 before I even received the first FREE Shipment.  They say 5 busines days.  They guy who I talked to said I could not cancel because it was less then 5 business days since I ordered the free shipment.  I sent that FREE Shipment back, that I could have legally kept.  A few days later I received the second bottle that they tried to charge me the $69.95 for.  My credit card company CHASE, knows all about this SCAM and did not pay them.  If any future charges hit my card from these people, it is rejected by CHASE.  They are real good.

I should have fought to get that $4.95 back, but I sucked that up with my stupidity. Is this stupidity on our part?  Maybe just ignorance.  We trust too much.  Our trust is why these scammers do what they do.
BUT the TV commercials should scan for these scammers. I contacted the Cable Channel that broadcast this scam and they have stopped runing this scammers ad.  Please do the same with the TV station tt you saw this ad on.

We can help the newbees who will fall for this.

I had to cancel my card and get reissued a new number for my account.   These people also tried to hit my account with a different name.  They used a Health and Wellness SU and charged me $69.95.  They are the same scammers IHC LLC IV.  Our Credit card companies will charge them back but most people don't even look at their statements.  This is why scammers do this.  If I lived in OK City, I would give these people a visit.

I had to cancel my DEBIT card and get a new one. My bank cancelled the old one and they are still taking out of my checking account each month. It's a hassle and a scam. They only feed back we can ever get back from the company is that they have had several calls regarding my same situation. That's it. I advise that you contact your bank or company and let them know-thats how I got my money back the first time. I just called the 888-527-0870 number and they are just a "5 STAR FULL FILLMENT" co is what the lady said. She said she has no idea and has never had any calls referencing anything related to this but provided customer support for the co phone 405 601 2740. This is DIRECT VM for BRANDY. I will keep you posted on her follow up.
