At least 20 times this nut has called my number mumbling my e-mail address and then blank. I have complained to do-not-call registry.Is there no way to shut this garbage off and get some peace?

The phone rings 30-40 timess a day from this number. when you pick up the phone no one answers back to you. or they leave a message just saying hello, hello on the answer machine.
