I purchased this pressure washer from Home Depot about 1 year ago. I have used it about 2 tom 3 hours and used about 6 hours replacing o-rings. The first time i used this washer it only ran about 10 minutes before o-rings started leaking. However I guess I should have known better since I owned a 1600m psi husky that only laster about 2 hours but I thought I had just gotten a bad one and I had owned it a year before using the first time. After reading the reviews It appears all of the them are bad.

We too purchased the Husky 2000S Powerwasher last year and used it only one time shortly after purchase. We just started to recently use it for the second time, and after only about 15 minutes of use,the pump housing started spraying as well as leaking water from the bottom of the unit. Also there was a partial loss of pressure and the motor continued to run even after release of the trigger. We could also hear the air leaking from inside the machine. I sent an email to Home Depot June 19 and was referred to the FNA group who contacted me June 29 with a question which I answered. Have not heard anything from FNA group since. I sent another email through customer service on the Huskey website several days ago and still have not gotten a response. I work for a large corporation and if we handled our customers in this manner, we would surely be out of business. This is our second Huskey product, three will not be a charm. I recently received a new Home Depot credit card, I will be testing my new shredder with it!!!

good complaint! I think they should do a recall on all 2000s model's and offer either a replacment and or refund

I bought the Husky 1800 at Home Depot and after a couple of uses was unable to get high pressure. After many calls and frustration for something that was within warranty, I received an o-ring kit to repair it myself, which I did. However, after one use the same problem reapeared. Not wanting to deal with this problem any longer, my wife gave me for Christmas a Task Force 2000 from Lowe's which I did not open until a month or so later.  When I did, the handle was broken on both sides. Lowe's stated that since more than 30 days had passed since I bought it they would not take it back for a refund, and could not exchange for another as they no lnger carried it. Little did I know that both units are from FNA Group! E-chats and a couple of e-mails with receipts and pictures had produced no results.

Me too...The same situation happen to use that happen to Dawn W 7-22-10 posting.  We used it once last summer and this year we go to use it and the same thing happen to us. My husband found that a very small washer inside was cracked and he replaced it only to try to use it and then the handle broke.  I will never purchase another Husky product from Home Depot.  I will look at another company when purchasing a new power washer.

Yup.  I replaced the manifold once under warranty, now the little plastic white piece on the left is spraying water.  The unit is complete garbage.

Husky, if you listen here, a refund or replacement with something that isn't a complete piece of crap would be good.

A gas pressure washer will save you a lot of time a lot of aggravation and you'll get the job done correctly

I have the Husky 2000S power wash. Used it a few times then it started leaking really bad and does not build a lot of pressure any more. Essentially it cant be used to do what it is designed to do. I have not used it since and now looking to either fix it or get a different power wash. .
