A officier keeps calling me saying I own money I know nothing about. He says EME Marketing is going to sue me and take me to court. I never took out a loan with them. So I said take me to court. Please stop these people from harrassing me and the rest of us.

There are increasing levels of complaints of such phony "debt collection" extortion rackets, threatening to sue, arrest you, or whatever they make up to get your money.
Their threats are toothless, and they may have access to old payday loan data or credit report information that they use to con people. Do NOT believe anything they say.
They are just criminals, in many cases calling from overseas.
These scammers may be pulling credit reports which would allow them to see that you once had a payday loan. They can then pretend to be collecting on that loan.
If you believe you might actually owe a loan, contact the lender directly. You cannot rely on anything said by unknown callers, even if they know your SSN, account information, or lender, since that can all be found out by scammers through credit reports.
Any legitimate debt collector will send you a letter after calling, identifying the alleged debt, and notifying you of your right to dispute it and request verification. They are required by FDCPA to send this letter within 5 day of their first contact. Failure to send it is a violation of federal law, for which you can sue them.
If you receive a threatening call from an unknown caller, attempting to use threats to get money rather than collect an alleged debt in compliance with law, it means you are dealing with a scam.

These are a bunch of con artists running a criminal extortion racket.
They got money from you once by using threats, so they will keep threatening to get some more.
How did you pay them? If it was by credit or debit card, or EFT from your checking account, dispute the charges as fraudulent through your bank. Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge.
