These people, whoever they are, keep calling me on my cell phone costing me my minutes. It is a recorded message and they leave no way to talk to a live person. Any help you can give would be very much appreciated as I live on a fix income and I have to watch every penny. They try to sell me a car warranty and so doing state it is good until car reaches 100,000 miles. I don't need the warranty and my car is at 98,000 miles now! Thanks for taking the time to read this email complaint and for your help.

    A "warranty" from a scammer isn't worth anything, anyway, since it is unlikely they would ever pay off.

    It is illegal under TCPA to autodial telemarketing calls to cell phones.

    Given that they are already violating the law, why would you expect that they would honor their warranty contract?
