I will NOT pay the $59 charged. I cancelled beginning on the 16th and followed all directions and sent several more emails, including last night. The message I got said I had not ordered. Please remove the charge. I will contact Discover after it is out of the "Pending" stage.

    I canceled this & was billed an additonal 5.99 which I will  not pay on my visa account &  will not authorize any further charges.
    This is a scam.doesn't work , it attaches to your  bowser  causes problems.

    I cancelled this in July .  I do NOT need your service I no longer have a desk top computer.  It was too oldcapital one will not accept your  bill.
