There is no point advertising you are open for breakfast when a client arrives 8 minutes after you should be open and you show them away and to top it all off you are nowhere near ready to serve.
I had an early meeting and wanted to cater for 8 but alas KFC let me down.
Palm Court branch happily advertise open 06h30 and yet they were not even close.

    I have been to the 'new' franchise in Durban North, Broadway, on several occasions and usually ask for 'medium pops HOT and FRESH' and am informed that they will take about 3 mins. fine I wait.  But the last two times I was not informed this and both times - today being the second - they were definately NOT 'HOT or FRESH'.  Infact both times it has been like chewing rubber and have had to throw them away.  Once I can accept but on two consecutive occasions NO.
    Normally I just throw away the bill after a couple of days but today I had change in the receipt so it was still in my pocket.  My order was 225 and although the cashier was Noxolo this time, she was not the one that served me the last time and to be honest I do not remember her there before when I have been in - usually at lunchtime.
    I do not know how long those POPS had been ready but they certainly were not 'HOT and FRESH' and to be honest when cooked and kept they are like eating rubber.

    Our business buys from Kentucky, c/o Markgraaff & Mandela Streets, Bloemfontein on a very regular basis.  They are diagonally accross the road from us.
    I sent someone to purchase a Pepsi Max or Pepsi Lite for me.  I never know what I can buy because they never have the same stock regarding diet/lite cooldrinks.  The lady I sent always do our shopping.
    Kegomodi at this branch assisted her.
    With the soccer world cup all the packaging has been changed.  I received the Pepsi opened it and took a sip.  It looked like the Pepsi lite, because the Pepse Max is always in BLACK packaging and the lite in LIGHT BLUE AND WHITE.  
    As I put the bottle down I oticed that there was no indication on the bottle of it being a Pepsi lite.  I tried to phone the branch to spek to the manager - however the mail box picked up and told me that it was full and coudn't take anymore messages.
    I sent ou office lady back to KFC with a letter explaining all this.  She was sent back with the message that they can't exchange or reimburse me because the bottle was opened.
    The KFC worker SOLD ME THE WRONG PRODUCT, surely there shouldn't even be a question of exchange or reimbursement.  
    To top it all.  Since I discovered the full mail box, the phone gives a off the hook or engaged signal, so there is no way I can phone to speak to anyone.  I've been told that there is no manager available. Alone at the office - WHAT NOW?
    Wait till Monday?  Then they will tell me that I shoul've come back the same day!!!!!!!!
    Sickening SERVICE!?
    This should just be a run af the mill procedure.

    Went to the drive thru in Gaborone Botswana.Check receipt 4838. The mini loaves they supplied with the meal were out of date and mouldy.When I phoned to complain they said bring them back and we will replace the loaves.When I asked for the name and number of the manager,they replied Craig Donnelly but did not know the number where I could contact him.

    We went to the new KFC in Welkom.  There's a special fo R89 where you can choose 3 side plates.  Buffalo wings is one of the side plates, but they are always out of stock.  So where's the special now?  Why can't they give you normal wings instead?  The service is pathetic!  On another accasion I asked for chips but when I opened the bag there were only the "special" 6 piece.  I live 35km out of town - needless to say it's not worth going back all the way!   Solution:  close your doors KFC you are useless!!!!

    I always do KFC, because I love it so much!!! But I am very disappointed of the quality of KFC Canal walk Cape Town. Their chicken is not juicy at all. Their skin is too hard and the inside dry. I have mentioned it once to an assistant, but to my disappointment nothing has change.  And to think of it I never changed my place of eating in Canal walk. But after Saturday, I most definitely will. So GOODBYE KFC CANAL WALK, CAPE TOWN. You will never see me again. They can really get some training from the Cape Town City branches.  KFC CANAL WALK, YOUR CHICKEN SUCKS......

    I will like to know can KFC reprint slip ,cause i bought KFC last Month I need to make a claim with my comapny and I have copy slip so my company need original........

    I entered a competition at kfc.they did not give me  a slip .can they reprint it for me
