That may mean they run "charitable donation" telemarketing.
If you don't want their calls, call them and ask that they cease calling. If that doesn't stop them, file a complaint with BBB.

Allied Interstate has had many complaints of harassing calls to the wrong people. In fact, they got so many that FTC sued them, and Allied Interstate agreed in 2010 to a settlement that included payment of $1.75 Million, along with specific tightened compliance with FDCPA, and tracking of all complaints and their resolution.
Recent FTC settlement with Allied Interstate, for collecting debts from people who did not owe them, and for failing to verify they had the right person.

Debt Collector Will Pay $1.75 Million to Settle FTC Charges
Ignored Consumers’ Disputes Without Checking Its Information for Accuracy
...
“Debt collectors had better make sure their information is accurate, or they could end up paying a big penalty,” said David Vladeck, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “There is no excuse for trying to collect debt from someone if you can’t confirm that they actually owe it.”

Contact FTC for assistance, and to report their continued violations of your demand to cease calling you. Given the recent settlement, they are in no position to continue harassing consumers.

Reported to be Allied Interstate.
BBB report, rated "D-" (which is real low even for a collection agency).
Note the several state AG actions against this company, as well as the above noted FTC settlement.

Send them a letter, mailed certified, notifying them that they have been repeatedly calling you at (nnn-nnn-nnnn) to reach an "Arleen Perez", that you do not know that person and they cannot be reached at your phone number, and that you demand they cease calling your phone number.
If you have further problems, contact FTC to file a complaint of phone harassment, as they are subject to a settlement agreement in connection with numerous similar consumer complaints.
Further calls will also violate your "cease communications" letter, which is a violation of FDCPA. You can sue them for violating FDCPA, and courts can award actual and statutory damages as well as attorney fees, so there are attorneys who take these cases on contingency. You might try www.naca.net to find a consumer attorney in your state.
