withdrew money from my account without my permission twice and I don't know
who they are or how they got my information.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and have them close your account or block your card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

mine also, they started June small fee's I guess to see if they could get in my account, I am 68 yrs young, on ss and now have to pay $100.00 over draft because of them, daughter called them on the phone finally got thru, got real smart and laughed...making a police report, soon as police get here, and bank is after them also....this is not fair to the elderly let alone anyone else
