unaware

I was applying for unemployment and this us grant thing popped up  it would not let me go any further until I put my debit card # in.  It was charging me 2.97.  It showed up as 2.97 plus 57.02.  The Bank cancelled my card and credited my account.  I look again today and another 49.04 was taken out.  I want this cancelled and I want all of my money back.  I am not bailing out the Us government!
